Studio Hous uses a simple, clear booking process designed to protect both the client and the studio while maintaining a professional, warm experience.

Portrait Booking & Payment

Booking Process

A signed agreement and 30% non-refundable retainer secure the portrait session date. The remaining 70% balance is due 48 hours before the session.

Retainer Details

• Amount: 30% of session package total
• Refundability: Non-refundable once signed and retainer is received
• Usage: Applies to final invoice upon completion
• Purpose: Secures session date and demonstrates client commitment

Final Payment

• Remaining 70% balance due 48 hours before session
• If final payment is not received 48 hours before session, the date may be released
